Seasons of hope is a unique support program for Catholics that focuses on the spiritual side of grieving the death/loss of a loved one. It invites those who mourn to accompany others and to meet Christ through scripture, prayer, reflection, and simple activities that offer comfort and help to foster healing and spiritual growth.
This six week program is offered four times per year. While the format is similar each sessions, topics change, so a participant may enroll in more than one program without experiencing a repeat of content.
Meetings includes prayer, bible passage, faith sharing, personal reflection, activities, community time, and a take home journal for self reflection. Our facilitators are sensitive to the special issues people face in their grief/loss journey and strive to create a safe environment for individuals to vulnerably share their heartfelt pain.
